Background: The Story Behind The Story

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Then in time, He created man in His own image. And out of him, came Eve. The two enjoyed an intimate relationship with God until the serpent came and deceived them with the fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. As a result of this sin, the first prophecy was given. God said that the seed of Satan will bruise the heel of Adam and Eve's seed. But their seed shall crush his head. From that point on, the devil sought a way to destroy their seed. And so, Genesis chapter 6 begins with the intermingling of angel and human seed creating what the Bible calls, "Nephilim." It is after this that God decides to destroy the earth with a great Flood. The world had become so corrupted "in all it's ways" - all except for Noah and his family. It would be through Noah's uncorrupted seed that the Messiah would eventually come.

Thousands of years later, the Messiah was born in a manger. He
grew to be a great prophet, healer and deliverer. As the "Second
Adam," He died to pay the price for the sins of the first Adam. He
rose again on the third day and promised to return again. But
Jesus said, " As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at
the coming of the Son of Man.

Nephilim are coming!
